This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect your information when you visit https://fueljxn.com, interact with our chat widget, subscribe to our text message program, or otherwise engage with our services.

• Name, phone number, and email address (when you fill out forms, use our chat widget, or subscribe to SMS)

3. SMS / Mobile Messaging

By providing your mobile phone number and checking the consent box on our chat widget or other opt-in forms, you expressly agree to receive recurring informational, transactional, and/or promotional text messages from Cafe Fuel at the number provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Message types

• Informational / transactional: order confirmations, pickup notifications, reservation reminders, customer service replies, and similar messages related to your interactions with Cafe Fuel.

• Promotional: offers, specials, events, new menu items, and other marketing messages from Cafe Fuel.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us. You may receive up to 4 promotional messages per month. Transactional messages are sent as needed.
Message and data rates. Standard message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless carrier for details.
Opt-out (STOP). You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text message from us. We will send a one-time confirmation and will not send further texts unless you opt back in.
Help (HELP). Reply HELP to any text message, or contact us at info@fueljxn.com or 517-879-5514.
Supported carriers. AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, U.S. Cellular, Boost, Cricket, MetroPCS, and other major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Mobile information sharing. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

 

4. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as described below.
Service providers. We share information with third-party vendors that help us operate (website hosting, email delivery, SMS delivery, payment processing, analytics). These providers are contractually obligated to protect your information and use it only for the services they provide to us.
Legal compliance. We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Cafe Fuel, our customers, or others.
Business transfers. If Cafe Fuel or Lean Rocket Lab is involved in a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or asset transfer, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

To be explicit and repeat what is stated in Section 3: mobile opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
